Retainers are non-refundable because they secure your date and prevent others from booking.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling policies are fully detailed in your signed contract.

5. Digital Products (Presets, Guides, Resources)

All digital products are final sale.
Due to the nature of downloadable goods:

• No refunds or exchanges are offered
• You agree not to redistribute, copy, or resell digital files
• You may use presets for personal or paid client work, but not to create your own presets for sale
